JuneGiri Farms is more than a homestay. Nestled deep within a village near the jungle in Rajaji National Park, we offer an authentic escape — jungle-themed rooms, natural spring water pools, home-cooked Pahadi meals, and experiences that reconnect you with nature.
What began as a family homestead in the foothills of the Himalayas has blossomed into a sanctuary for travelers seeking something real. Far from the tourist trail, our property sits at the edge of Rajaji National Park — where elephants roam freely, birdsong replaces alarm clocks, and the rhythm of nature sets the pace of your day.
Each of our jungle-themed rooms is a canvas of nature. Our spring water pool draws from the mountain itself. Our kitchen serves home-cooked Pahadi cuisine made with locally grown ingredients. And our yoga shala, set against the backdrop of the forest, has become a gathering place for practitioners from around the world.
We are not a resort. We are a home that opens its doors to those who want to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what it feels like to live in harmony with the earth.
We believe hospitality is not a service — it is a way of being. From the chai that greets you at the gate to the stories shared around the fire, every interaction at JuneGiri is genuine, warm, and deeply personal.
The jungle was here before us, and it will remain long after. We tread lightly — using local materials, harvesting rainwater, and ensuring our presence adds to the ecosystem rather than depleting it.
We are rooted in Garhwali culture. Our staff are from the village, our food tells the story of the mountains, and our experiences are designed to connect you with the living traditions of Uttarakhand.
JuneGiri Farms is located at the gateway of Rajaji National Park, one of India's most biodiverse protected areas. Spread over 820 sq km across the Shivalik range, the park is home to Asian elephants, Bengal tigers, leopards, king cobras, and over 300 species of birds.
Just a short drive from the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, our location offers the perfect blend of wilderness and spirituality. You can trek through dense sal forests in the morning, practice yoga by the river in the afternoon, and attend the Ganga Aarti by evening.
The nearest railway station is Haridwar (45 km), and Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport is 35 km away. We are happy to arrange pickup and drop for our guests.
