All memberships are annual, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry with an option to renew at a discounted rate.
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. We will pro-rate the difference based on the remaining months in your current membership period. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Memberships are individual, but room booking discounts apply to the entire group when the member is part of the booking. Banyan and Deodar members get additional friend and family benefits.
Seedling and Banyan free nights are for non-peak periods (April-September, excluding long weekends). Deodar members can use their free nights year-round, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any member benefits. After 30 days or after using any benefits, memberships are non-refundable but remain active for the full term.
