The Char Dham Yatra season typically runs from May to October, with the portals opening in April/May and closing in October/November. The best months are May-June and September-October for pleasant weather and clear views.
Basic fitness is recommended for all yatras. The Kedarnath trek involves a 16 km uphill walk (pony/palki available). Char Dham is moderate difficulty. We recommend starting light walks 2-3 weeks before your yatra. Senior citizens and those with health conditions should consult their doctor.

Yes, helicopter services are available for Kedarnath and can be arranged at an additional cost. Slots fill up quickly during peak season, so we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. We handle the helicopter booking on your behalf.
